We live on the edge of Ecuador’s Amazon jungle in a town named Shell.  Paul works at a missionary hospital as an anesthesiologist and Kim works as a pedicatrician at Casa de Fe, an orphanage as well as in the hospital’s clinic.  We both also keep busy with our 4 boys – ages 7, 5, 3 and 1 who love living in the “jungle.”  We have been here in Ecuador 2 years, including several months living in the capital city Quito learning Spanish.  We are sent by Mission to the World, the mission agency of the PCA church and our home church in Dallas, New St. Peter’s Presbyterian Church.  The hospital where we work is run by HCJB and recently celebrated it’s 51st anniversary.
